Terms and Conditions
We dispatch orders to the UK by Royal Mail and myHermes and Internationally via different shipping providers. We aim to dispatch your order within 3 days of receiving payment. For next day Special Delivery, orders need to be placed before 12pm. We will always notify you of any delays.
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the items ordered.
Once products have been dispatched to within the UK, orders normally arrive in 3-4 days or by 1pm the next day by Special Delivery. International Orders normally arrive in 7-10 days. We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control.
We reserve the right to change, without notice, any pricing in the case of error or in the case of an increase in the postage prices. Should any goods ordered and delivered prove to be defective on delivery we will be happy to replace the goods or refund the purchase price although your statutory rights are unaffected, with any disputes being undertaken under Scottish law & jurisdiction.
We only accept returns within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed between you, the customer, and us. If you are going to be making a return, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Deductions for postage will be made unless you are returning a faulty item.
We require all items below £50 are sent back by recorded delivery and all items above £50 are sent back by special delivery. We do not take any responsibility for items that are not delivered and request that you contact Royal Mail directly.
